WE ARE HIRING
We are looking for a part-time accounting manager (18 hours week in office) for our HOA management office in Vista. $23-28/hr. This could result in a full-time position as our company is growing.
The candidate should have 3 to 7 years of experience, be comfortable with direct client contact, and have outstanding writing skills. Responsibilities include but are not limited to 1) Processing homeowner assessment payments. 2) Preparing monthly homeowners association financial reports. 3) Reconciling bank statements. 4) Providing annual reports to CPA. 5) Assisting in budget preparation.
