Foreman / Operator - Heavy Civil Wanted

Diversified General and Engineering Contractor (established in 1995) based near Auburn, CA. is looking to hire a qualified, experienced, ambitious, and experienced Heavy Civil Foreman / Operator for both public and private infrastructure projects. Type of work this company typically performs include canal and ravine work, some earthwork, some grading, excavation, MSE walls, Design/Build bridges, pedestrian bridges, surface road bridges, bicycle trails, railroad infrastructure, pump stations, public parks, some U.G. utilities, etc. exclusively in Northern California. Our historical radius from the home office in Newcastle has been 60 miles or less.
SKILL SETS to include:
Experience with work items noted above
Valid CA drivers license preferably with no moving violations.
Conduct all work in a safe, efficient, productive manner.
MINIMUM EMPLOYMENT requirements are as follows:
5 Years minimum experience operating heavy equipment including excavators, dozers, compactors, rollers.
25 Years OLD Minimum (Insurance Requirement to Operate Vehicles)
A clean driving record (no more than 1 moving violation, no accidents or DUI's)
High School Diploma or GED minimum, college degree preferred but not required.
Strong verbal skills, proficient with smart phones
Teamwork and problem-solving skills a must.
Pass initial and subsequent drug screening/testing
