Position Title: Telemarketing Position
Position Type: Part-Time Monday through Friday and alternating Saturdays
Purpose of the Position: Supports marketing operations by scheduling appointments for sales team, manage sales team calendar, dispatch support for sales team, and data entry.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Google apps.
-Must possess creative problem solving skills. In addition, please have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customer at all levels.
-Basic math skills which include additional, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentage, fractions, and the ability to calculate commissions, interests and discounts.
-Ability to multi task, prioritize, and be flexible with changing business needs in team environment.
