Job description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Account Manager to join our team in the fast-growing industry of shipping container homes and ADUs (Accessory Dwelling Units). The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a blend of sales expertise, relationship management, and the ability to communicate technical solutions effectively to prospective homeowners and businesses.

Responsibilities

Manage entire sales team. Report to the operations manager each week. Manage sales leads. Responsible for hiring and firing,

Develop and manage client accounts to foster long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

Identify new business opportunities through networking, warm calling, and market outreach.

Collaborate with internal teams to tailor modular home and ADU solutions that meet client needs while driving sales growth.

Conduct client consultations to educate on product options, including customization, energy efficiency, and sustainability features.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that communicate the value and benefits of shipping container homes and ADUs.

Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and account status in the CRM system.

Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless experience from initial inquiry to final delivery and installation.

Experience

Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably within the real estate, construction, or modular home industry.

Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients while driving results.

Demonstrated success in business development and achieving sales targets.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information in an accessible manner.

Familiarity with construction processes, energy-efficient housing, or ADU regulations is a plus.

Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $60,344.00 - $130,000.00 per year
