Job Overview:

We're immediately hiring for a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead our Home Improvement sales team! The Sales Manager will be responsible for supervision and organization of the sales team. You will oversee managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation. You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitating the ongoing training of your salespeople.

Responsibilities for Sales Manager:

Recruit, hire, and train sales team

Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed

Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them

Develop individual quotas for team members

Provide detailed and accurate weekly sales reports

Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members

Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment

Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed

Qualifications for Sales Manager:

MUST HAVE HIS License from the State of California.

MUST HAVE 5 Years - Home Improvement Sales Experience (Required)

Sales knowledge in-home:Kitchen, Bath, Decking, Siding, & Windows

Strong oral and written communication skills

Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas

Excellent leadership skills

Experience setting sales goals

Results-oriented with strong analytical skills

Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Strong in-home sales background in the construction industry

Other Qualifications

Construction knowledge and experience with residential remodel.

High level of professionalism in dealing with clients and team members.

Excellent opportunity for enthusiastic, motivated, and results-oriented individuals with excellent sales skills.

Must be PC proficient and iPad

Previous experience selling home construction products

Ability to work 6 days/wk, mornings and evenings

Pay:

Base Salary + Commissions + Bonus

Earning Potential: up to 250K per year
