Whom we need:
We seek a determined and personable Solar Sales Canvasser to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in educating homeowners about the benefits of solar energy and scheduling appointments for our solar consultants.
What you'll do:
-Help homeowners transition to clean energy by setting appointments for consultations
-Train new team members on effective door-to-door canvassing techniques
-Strategically canvass neighborhoods making the most use of your time on the doors
-Assist in marketing efforts on the doors and at events
-Conduct training sessions to equip new representatives with the knowledge and skills they need
-Motivate and inspire the team through ongoing support and feedback
We're looking for someone who:
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Energetic, outgoing, and confident personality.
-Thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces challenges.
-Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Previous sales or canvassing experience is a plus, but not required.
-Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
