Door Pros Garage Door Company is an established growing company with locations throughout Northern California. Door Pros is a company that is focused on continuous growth and is driven to exceed the expectations of every customer. We are looking for our newest Team Member to join our Folsom location this month!

Job Description:

The Inside Sales Team Member helps manage the companies lead flow to ensure the highest return with the highest customer service. Depending on the type of call received the Inside Sales Team Member will work with the potential client to find the correct products to match needs, schedule a service tech or salesman to the property, and for projects that are not closed on the first visit work within a pipeline until the lead is won. This position will work directly with the Operations Manager and individual Sales Team Members to reach company Sales Goals while exceeding customers’ expectations.

Responsibilities:

Build quotes for new installation and service projects within the Door Pros price structure while understanding margin requirements.

Build and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with our existing and new clients.

Maintain clear communication with office staff to assist with customer communication and field team member scheduling.

Be a noticeable impact on daily revenue through schedule management, working with customers to meet their needs, and working with the field team to create success.

Ensure project requirements and schedules are being fulfilled and deadlines are achieved.

Develop and expand knowledge in the garage door industry to be able to match customers’ needs with a specific solution. Use this knowledge to be able to engage in educational sales conversations with customers to setup an Area Sales Manager for success with a sales appointment.

Work in the Inside Sales Team to help manage the companies lead flow to ensure the highest return with the highest customer service.

Ability to grow with the company as Door Pros expands its reach to top performing markets around the United States.

High Consideration to Candidates with the Following Attributes and Experience:

2+ Years’ Experience with Inside Sales

AA Degree Preferred

Google Calendar and Docs Proficiency

Verifiable Experience

Ability to Pass a Background Screening

Positive Attitude

Strong Verbal and Written Communication Abilities

Excellent Time Management and Organizational Skills

$25-$30 per hour

Weekly Sales Bonuses of $200-$500

Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
