RESIDENT COMMUNITY MANAGER
Quiet Mobile Home Community located in a semi-rural town near Chico California, is looking for a resident manager or team dedicated to providing superior service and maintaining high quality tenant relations. The community manager(s) must be responsible and have management experience.
Job Duties include responsibility for:
Rent collections and accurate accounting
Maintain office files and records
Enforce community rules and standards
Supervise and maintain maintenance and landscaping
Ensure high occupancy and good tenant relations
Qualifying attributes include the following:
Demonstrated management and supervision skills
Excellent customer service skills and attitude
Responsible and stable work history
Foundation skills include competency with computers including MS word & excel, excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience with business procedures & ethics
Available to manage emergencies (24/7)
Must pass credit and background and drug and employment checks
Bilingual helpful
Compensation:
Wages starting at $20 per hour for qualified candidates
Large Double Wide mobile home
7 paid holidays
