Paradise Valley Apartments in Fairfield is seeking a qualified onsite resident manager. This position requires a proactive, organized, reliable onsite manager to LIVE and work onsite and manage day to day functions of the apartment complex. The Paradise Valley Complex consists of a gated community w/ 64 units. The ideal candidate will either have experience as a residential apartment manager or have management skills that are compatible with the required duties.
Responsibilities include:
Daily inspections of the community grounds and facilities. Weekly cleaning of laundry rooms and emptying trash bins in laundry room and around complex.
Handling move in and out inspections, scheduling maintenance, scheduling vendors, being able to do minor repairs is not required but is very useful.
Prepare and deliver a weekly property status reporting
Daily communication with Property Management office staff
Showings of vacancies including on weekends and posting notices to residents.
Experience and Qualifications
Apartment management (absolute requirement)
Basic understanding of maintenance
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
Eagerness to learn
Flexibility (must be available on weekends) Must be able to pass a background check including credit, criminal, and drug screen.
Must have a reliable vehicle, with insurance, registration and a valid driver’s license.
