Seeking an experienced, self-motivated, performance driven Project Coordinator to join our growing California FlexGround team.

Project Coordinator Duties:
Administer and organize project activities and schedule in cooperation with Production Manager.
Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information.
Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
Make certain that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves.
Use project management tools to maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Travel to job sites throughout Central and Northern Ca will be required.
Requirements:
Two plus years of production/construction coordination experience.
Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
Bi-lingual preferred (English/Spanish).
