We are seeking an established professional full time Office Service Coordinator who will be responsible for the front office, along with building maintenance. You will be responsible for answering the switchboard with 20+ extensions. Duties will also include clerical and administrative support functions; greet and answer visitor questions, arrange meetings, coordinate meeting logistics/catered events.

You will provide local technical assistance with equipment maintenance, including computers and phones (Dell/Ring/Apple and android products). Phone support including: mobile devices, voicemail, and user programming. Set up of new computers including printers. Troubleshooting and assisting our IT department.

Preferred Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience

2+ years administration office experience

Possess experience with multi-line phone systems

Advanced computer knowledge: MS Office (heavy excel) and internet

Professionalism and maturity in speech and demeanor is required

Highly organized with a dedication to follow through and an ability to proactively anticipate needs

Demonstrate written and oral communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills

Must be reliable and punctual, responsive, and productive

Strict confidentiality and discretion

Must possess a valid CA driver’s license and insurance and willing to use personal vehicle for local travel.

The salary range for this position is $29-33/hr. Other compensation includes but is not limited to mileage reimbursement and if applicable; housing discounts. The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
