B.N.T. Tile, Inc. is looking to hire an Office Administrator.

We are a growing family-owned Tile Contractor. We install commercial and residential tile. For example, all the tile in a Taco Bell, McDonald’s, gym's, hotels, Etc

We are looking for a candidate to join our office staff that has a strong work ethic, positive attitude, solution-based thinker, friendly & professional demeanor, dependable, punctual, ability to multi-task & prioritize, good general computer knowledge (word, excel & outlook). Have the ability to work as part of a team as well as independently. Willingness to learn other skills and take on other duties as needed.

Some responsibility’s (but not limited to)

- Manage all aspects of the company's financials including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations

- All aspects of Quickbooks

- Prepare and analyze financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, etc.

- Conduct monthly and year-end closings

- Handle payroll processing and tax preparation

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards

- General HR

- Job costing

- Maintain accurate records and transactions

- Communicate with clients

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in quick books accounting software

- 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance

- Strong understanding of financial concepts and practices

- Ability to perform balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger accounting

- Experience with accounts payable processes, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and tax filings

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Full time

Pay $28-$40 depending on experience
