We have posted for this role now several times and it has been hard to fill.

First, there are those who are extremely passionate about what we are doing - but they unfortunately lack the skills.

Or, there are those who have the experience but don't have the fire in their belly

Then, we found the right fit, but she had health things come up.

It's been hard

The company is at an extremely pivotal moment in our life.

We entered the market eight years ago, but only now are we ready to truly scale.

We are making a complex integration of hardware and software, and it is a capital good that must move through commerce.

We organize our domes through HubSpot, our CRM and have built good daily SOP flows for managing the day to day of service and support, basic admin and logistics, and AR for the company.

You need to be fluent in admin work please - from QBO to a CRM of some kind, a newsletter platform, ideally experience with Wordpress and some basic editing in illustrator or various design applications like keynote, PPT, adobe - and strong with Google Drive organization and how their platform works re email and document organization.

You will be managing the 'day to day' operations of the company.

You need to 'want' to work - meaning, love what you are doing because you are so good at it and you want to excel and grow and contribute to something more - something bigger than you.

Creating USPS Labels for Shipment

Helping Locate Flights

Reconciling AMEX Statement Charges Monthly
