We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving customer issues in a professional manner.
Daily Objectives::
Create and monitor pickup/delivery of shipments
Import and Export Container Shipment tracking
Troubleshoot terminal issues
Assist with customer invoicing - prep/bill/send
Trucker HOS Compliance/Safety monitoring
Assist Lead Dispatcher with Port Dispatching, Managing and tracking 15 + Drivers
Review and respond to incoming emails/calls
