Responsibilities:
Accurately input, update, and maintain records in company databases.
Verify and cross-check data for errors or inconsistencies.
Handle confidential information with a high level of security and discretion.
Organize and categorize documents for easy retrieval.
Assist with data reporting and compiling records for management.
Communicate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
Manage large volumes of data while meeting deadlines.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Strong typing speed (40+ WPM) with a high level of accuracy.
Experience with data entry software, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Prior experience in data entry, administration, or clerical work is a plus but not required.
