We currently are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Billing Specialist & Contract Administrator to join our team. This dual-role position will focus on managing billing processes, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, and overseeing contract administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Billing Specialist:
Prepare and issue client invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
Review time and expenses for accuracy and compliance with client agreements.
Address client inquiries regarding invoices, payment discrepancies, and billing issues.
Ensure adherence to firm policies, including billing guidelines and rate structures.
Assist with month- and year-end billable hours reporting.
Contract Administrator:
Manage legal contracts for clients, ensuring compliance with firm policies.
Maintain and organize contract documentation, including amendments, renewals, and expirations.
Collaborate with attorneys and clients to ensure clear terms and conditions are set forth in contracts.
Track contract balances.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in billing, legal accounting, or contract administration, preferably within a law firm.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of TimeSolv and LawPay is a plus
Excellent reliability and attendance

Benefits:
Salary: $25-$30 an hour DOE
