Commercial Roofing Company looking for additional full-time team member to join the Customer Service Department at our office located in Rancho Cordova.
We have provided commercial roofing services throughout California for the past 20+ years.
Position focuses on helping customers during phone calls and emails with requests for leak response services, preventative maintenance coordination while working directly with Service Manager on commercial buildings and multi-family properties. (Not houses)
This position offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience within the construction industry.
We are looking for a bright, competent individual who can quickly and accurately follow direction, has excellent communication skills with customers, and pays attention to detail.
Candidates must be organized, confident with technology, and take pride in providing quality information to clients.
Qualified applicants:
Must be able to answer a return customer phone calls and communicate professionally under busy circumstances
Customer interaction is via phone and emails not in person with property managers
Must be able to learn new computer programs quickly and be professional in email communications
Must be wiling to learn processing roof field reports to effectively communicate
information to clients (no roofing background required, training will be provided)
Candidates should have experience in customer service in an office setting
Hours: 8 AM-5 PM Monday-Friday at company main office in Rancho Cordova, with 1 hour lunch
