This is a full-time position for an individual who is skilled at managing financial records and is eager to help us achieve our goals.
Responsibilities:
Keep financial records up to date, including accounts payable and receivable.
Monitor client payments and manage invoicing.
Welcome and assist clients at the front desk (low traffic).
Handle incoming phone calls.
Support court filing and scheduling.
Perform general office administration and other tasks as required.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience as a bookkeeper, ideally in the legal sector.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Capability to multitask and manage priorities independently.
