Our Customer Service Department is a small group of hardworking staff looking for additional help. This is a fast paced environment. Our Company is located in Roseville.
FUNCTIONS/DUTIES INCLUDE but not limited to;
- Customer Service – telephone and office – pleasant, positive attitude a must
- Document control processing – detail oriented a must
- Scheduling work orders – routing work orders for production
REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE;
Ability to converse, read and write proficiently in English
Abilities to be efficient and effective
Ability to handle a multi-line telephone system, routing calls and/or taking messages
Attention to Detail
High school diploma/GED minimum
Reliable transportation
Pass Random Drug Tests
Reliable work history
OTHER;
Maintain a clear focus while prioritizing multiple tasks with efficiency and accuracy in a fast pace environment. Self-Starter, must work independently, quick learner, flexible and can adapt to changing environment and priorities. Must be detail oriented and organized, demonstrate a high level of accuracy, thoroughness and efficiency.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
