Responsibilities Include:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
Preferred 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll.
Efficiently manage multiple phone lines, assess caller needs, and direct them to the appropriate department or take messages when necessary.
Schedule appointments for estimates and repairs while coordinating the intake of vehicles for a smooth repair process.
Collaborate with the Call Center to ensure a seamless experience for customers during the repair process.
Oversee the vehicle drop-off procedure, ensuring all necessary authorizations are obtained from customers for repairs.
Maintain the front desk, ensuring clear communication within the company and with external contacts while maintaining a professional appearance.
Willingness to learn collision center software, including CCC1 and Nexsyis, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Perform additional receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing as required.
Handle other administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
Skills/Requirements:

Fluent in reading and understanding English.
Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
Possession of a valid driver's license.
Proficient in managing multiple tasks and thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction.
Capable of comprehending written instructions on estimates, work orders, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Maintains a professional and well-groomed appearance at all times.
