RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage staff of seven Large Format team members according to company standards (appraisals, scheduling, discipline, training, development, etc.)
Manage personnel decisions working directly with the Human Resources Manager, General Manager and Executive team (including interviews, hiring, and job notices)
Manage departmental performance
Develop and manage project schedules and timelines
Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure projects are completed and delivered on time
Coordinate the work with sales and various departments to ensure smooth and efficient production and operation
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
Manage monthly inventory, purchasing pricing levels are up to date, and develop vendor relationships
Work with internal teams for new product development and testing
Resolve project-related issues
Maintain and troubleshoot large format printers, cutters, laminators, and other equipment to ensure consistent and high-quality output.
Coordinate with technical support for any necessary repairs or maintenance.
Other duties and tasks may be assigned to meet business needs.
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years experience in the printing industry, focusing on large-format printing processes, materials, and equipment
Minimum 2 years supervisory experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of progressive supervisory experience
Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Rip Software (Onyx)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively with vendors and internal teams
Experience in a large format print production environment
Understand and have experience running roll-to-roll printers, flatbed/hybrid printers, router cutters and similar equipment

Salary range $75,000 - $90,000 depending on experience
