Your typical day:
A typical day would involve calling clients to check in, assisting with new intake calls and signups, preparing and responding to discovery, doing forensic medical- legal research, strategizing with attorney on approach, and prepping mediation/arbitration briefs
You may talk a client off a ledge, help a colleague with a thorny issue, collaborate on improving office procedures, or utilize AI to rip into defense medical exams.
In between tasks you might sit for. 5 minutes in our massage chair or take a brief stroll in our beautiful courtyard. At day at the office should be imbued with hard work as well as pleasure.
Qualifications:
Candidate must have a minimum of 4 years experience doing PI. Be a self starter, have excellent writing skills, and proven ability to independently work a caseload.
Must also be kind and personable. Experience in Case management software a plus. Need to be able to write cogent settlement demands as well as Arbitration and mediation briefs and have experience negotiating medical liens. If you have participated in trials, know how to utilize AI, have negotiated liens and settlements, speak Spanish and are always learning we really want to speak to you now

Compensation:
Successful candidates will earn $35-$50 hourly based on experience as well as significant bonuses. Work Week is 40 hours in office.
