We are seeking a skilled assistant for our small, but busy, law firm in Sacramento. Proficiency in grammar and in Microsoft Office Suite is required; experience with TimeSlips is a plus.
Duties include reviewing and editing attorney correspondence and client invoices, preparing correspondence exhibits, handling client intake, and projects as requested by attorneys. Additionally, this person in this position will answer phones, process mail, order supplies, and assist clients.
The ideal candidate will have impeccable grammatical and editorial skills, and will pay great attention to detail. Prior experience in a professional office is preferred.
The hours for this position are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Vacation, sick leave and a 401k plan are offered; health benefits are not provided.
