First Pointe Management Group (FPMG) is currently searching for a friendly, energetic part time Groundskeeper/Porter for our 104 unit apartment community located in Sacramento, Ca. Schedule: Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm.
What your day will look like:
You will be part of a team, providing excellent customer service.
Maintain areas such as our leasing office, vacant apartment homes and common areas.
Who we are looking for:
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a porter or janitor.
Someone who takes pride in their work, with attention to details and is dependable.
Able to handle a variety of cleaning products.
Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
At times may be required to lift up to 25lbs.

The salary range for this position is $18-20 per hour. Other compensation includes but is not limited to: prorated recertification commissions, mileage reimbursement and if applicable: housing discounts. The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
