We’re looking for a dependable Porter with experience in property maintenance or light facilities work to join our team in El Dorado Hills. This is a full-time opportunity with consistent hours and the chance to be part of a well-supported property team.
Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including walkways, restrooms, and shared spaces
Perform light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, trash removal, and basic repairs
Assist with groundskeeping and exterior upkeep
Report any safety hazards or major maintenance needs to management
Support property staff with day-to-day upkeep and special projects as needed
Requirements:
Prior experience as a porter or in general property maintenance
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Reliable transportation and strong attendance
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
