Wanted, a person with experience in landscaping. This position is for an individual to take care of the landscaping and vegetation at three apartment complexes in Sacramento. Duties involve lawn care, watering plants, fixing sprinklers, outdoor cleaning, raking leaves, pruning bushes. We may also ask that you lend a hand from time to time with our maintenance team, working inside the apartments. Those duties would include painting, cleaning, and general maintenance.
Experience in landscaping required with references.
Having your own vehicle for transportation is a plus as you will need to travel in between the three properties with landscaping equipment.
Full time position. 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday. Pay $16.50 per hour.
