The River City Grizzlies are an up and coming non profit women’s tackle football team in Sacramento. We are currently looking for experienced coaches to fill a variety of positions.
Positions include: head coach, o-line/d-line coach, defensive and offensive coordinator, athletic trainer, and specials teams coordinador.
The River City Grizzlies is a team serving women ages 18 and older. It’s formed by both former semi pro/pro players and new players. We are asking for experienced coaches who can handle all different skill levels. The ideal coach will be able to train and guide our women to be the best they can be.
All coaches applying will be in agreeance to have positive, professional behavior at all times. They will also be communicative with staff members to maintain maximum efficiency on and off the field.
Our practices are Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Saturday afternoons. There will be various community appearance dates for the team in addition or in substitution of the above days.
This is an unpaid volunteer position with potential to obtain a salary through athletic boosters and/or fundraising.
