You will perform various maintenance and cleaning tasks to keep the buildings looking perfect.
Responsibilities
Clean the interior of buildings, including Floor, Carpets, Rugs, Windows, and Walls.
Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles, office tools, and phones.
Maintain cleaning inventory, placing orders when needed.
Empty Trash and Recycling bins.
Stock and maintain supply rooms.
Vacuum, Sweep, and Mop floors.
Clean and maintain restrooms.
Washing and cleaning windows and mirrors.
Notify the supervisor of unsafe conditions.
Dust Furniture and Fixtures.
Skills and Qualifications
Good communication skills
Ability to lift and move at least 50 Lbs.
Good organizational skills
Excellent time management skills
Janitor Requirements
CDL or equivalent/pass a Background screening
A clean DMV record required
High School Diploma (Preferred)
Ability to manage time efficiently
Work well without supervision
We will train
Must be 18 years or older
Salary
$16.50 per hour.
