We are seeking State licensed Physical Therapists to join our professional care team
and serve Sacramento and its environs.
Key Roles:
- Evaluate patient conditions and develop appropriate Physical Therapy Plan of Care
-Implement the treatment plan through direct physical therapy sessions
-Supervise work of Physical Therapy Assistants
-Work cooperatively with other patient care team personnel
-Participate in quality improvement process
-Home Health experience an added advantage
-Satisfactory Criminal background check
