This role requires a professional who is skilled in managing pain and mobility issues and possesses a warm, empathetic approach to senior care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct twice-weekly physical therapy sessions focusing on pain relief, mobility enhancement, and strengthening exercises.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on ongoing assessments.
- Provide guidance and support for daily exercises and activities.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatments as necessary to improve quality of life.
Requirements:
- Licensed Physical Therapist with experience in geriatric care.
- Proven track record of compassionate care and patient improvement.
- Excellent communication skills and a patient, caring attitude.
- Ability to motivate and inspire confidence and independence in elderly patients.
