Job Type: Full-time; seasonal
Positions we are hiring for ONSITE Hosts
- Campground Host (Sly Park) $16.00
- Park Ranger Live - In (Hwy 88 - Caples & Silver Lake) $17.00
Your everyday Duties would look like:
- Collect payments with a smile and keep meticulous records of firewood sales.
- Keep our day use facilities and restrooms sparkling clean, ensuring every visitor feels right at home
- Become the go-to expert on park rules, activities, and directions, providing campers and visitors with accurate and concise information
- Put your writing skills to the test as you prepare detailed reports to keep everything running smoothly
- Interact with the public and our fantastic District personnel, spreading positivity and building lasting connections
- Put your skills to the test as you use equipment and tools to tackle routine tasks with ease
- Maintain your cool and professionalism, even in the face of challenging situations
- Embrace the unexpected and be ready to tackle any other duties as assigned with enthusiasm and a can-do attitude
