Drake’s Brewing Company is a top 10 Northern California craft brewer. We are looking for Seasonal FOH Support Staff.

The employment timeframe for this position will be from April through October. Candidates may be offered the

opportunity to return for further employment, but it is not guaranteed. In the Support Staff role, you will support our

FOH team with creating a unique and interactive experience with craft beer, delicious cocktails, elevated bar food, and a

fun vibe.

Job Responsibilities/Main Functions/Main Tasks:

● Provide friendly and welcoming service to each guest

● Ensure that all tables and service areas are kept clean and free of debris

● Be knowledgeable about all types of products served

● Provide support to all areas of the Barn as needed

● Maintain contact with FOH staff, Kitchen staff, and Management to ensure customer concerns are addressed.

● Ability to competently use tablets and other electronic devices

● Ability to move quickly and be aware of one’s surroundings

● Ability to follow directions quickly and efficiently

Physical Requirements

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully

● Frequently communicate with coworkers, managers and other staff members to identify issues and exchange information

● Occasionally lift at least 55 lbs., move at least 180 lbs., and work standing for many hours

● Frequently reach with fingers, hands and arms, must use fingers to wrap around objects, pull and grab

● Occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb.

● Work around chemicals, be exposed to loud noises, hot environments, wet environments, and other potential hazards.

Brewing Company but of the alcohol beverage industry. With that said they are to conduct themselves within the limits

of the law and with concern to the education of responsible consumption, always. This includes working hours, trade

shows, festivals and in any other work-related function where you are a representative of Drake’s Brewing Company.

Any poor reflection or legal matters that may arise due to poor judgment may be dealt with by means of disciplinary

action or termination.
