Pizza Norica is looking for a motivated, energetic individual to join our team! We are a high end Pizzeria that serves traditional Neapolitan style pizzas. While this position starts off as a dishwasher, learning the basics of our pizza making process is important. We operate as a team and we strive to have all employees cross trained in every position of the shop.
When you start out, duties include:
-Washing dishes
-Organizing dish rack and restocking service station in the dining room
-Bussing tables
-Building and serving salads
-Running hands between oven and kitchen
Eventually we'd like duties to include:
-All of the above
-Stretching dough
-Building pizzas
-Cooking pizzas in our wood fired oven
-Occasional front of house duties like taking orders/answering the phone
-Pouring beer and wine
-Making sure customers are happy and have everything they need
Saturday availability is a must. Applicants not available Saturdays will not be considered
