Most likely you schedule will be Monday Night, Tuesday Off, Wednesday Lunch and Dinner, Thursday Night, Friday Lunch and Dinner and Finally Saturday Night. We are closed on Sunday except for Mother's Day Sunday.

Skills:
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Familiarity with preparing and handling food to assist the Chef
- Understanding of proper sanitation procedures for cleaning dishes and kitchen tools
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team and be a hard worker
- Attention to detail to ensure dishes are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects, if required

Line Cook Position
Communication Skills. You will need to read orders, understand instruction from the head chef, and talk to your fellow cooks to make sure the food is delivered hot and delicious.
Customer Service Skills: Customers may have special requests or complaints. If you are working in a place where they can see you, you might need to interact with the customer. Service with a smile will be necessary.
Hand-Eye Coordination: great knife skills
Work will under pressure in a busy Kitchen-Serving Breakfast lunch and dinner
Sense of Taste and Smell: Knowing when food has gone bad, understanding proper seasoning and what tastes good will help you attract customers.
Stamina: You will need to be able to stand on your feet for long periods and lift heavy objects from storage.
Teamwork: You will need to be able to work as a team to create a great dining experience for customers
Ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment without losing composure
Professional cooking skills: The cook must have a strong knowledge of professional cooking
Monitor quality of food
Knowledge of recipe: He/she must have a strong knowledge of recipe to be able to prepare varieties of food using different methods
