Here at Siino's Pizza, Pasta & Grill we are looking for Assistant Managers to help run the day to day.
We are an independently owned Italian American sit down restaurant with a full menu serving beer and wine, open 7 days a week in Lincoln, CA.
We are looking for someone who has a great work ethic, positive attitude and wonderful attention to detail. Candidates must be comfortable to work in a high volume, fast paced environment.
Previous restaurant experience is a requirement, although previous management experience is not required.
Job Duties Include:
-Managing employees throughout shift
-Aiding the General Manager in creating weekly schedules
-Perform Opening/ Mid Day/ Closing responsibilities
-Make hiring and firing determinations with General Manager
-Coach, mentor, train and discipline hourly team members
-Keen attention to detail
-Monitor food and beverage quality and execution
-Managing nightly deposits and record keeping
Scheduling can be flexible, with 4 shifts a week totaling roughly 32 hours, with opportunities for more.
