Coach and train individuals with life skills on how to engage and effectively communicate withothers

Develop and maintain positive and collaborative relationships with the support team tocommunicate progress towards goal(s)

Assist in maintaining case files and related paperwork as required by PRIDE Industries andsupporting agencies

Serve as an advocate to clarify information and diffuse conflict or disputes

Performs duties and special projects as assigned

DenotesEssential Job FunctionMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Intermediate computer skills including spreadsheets, word processing, database, and presentation softwareAbility to communicate effectively, including listening, verbal, and writtenDemonstrate basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and divisionAbility to manage competing priorities and exercise flexibilityExperience working with adults with disabilities preferredEDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:High School Diploma or GEDCERTIFICATES REQUIRED: The following licenses or certificates may berequired depending on local, state and/or contract requirements:CPR/First AidValid Driver's License PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Employees must have the ability to perform the following physical demands for extended periods of time with or without assistance:Viewing computer screen/monitorKeyboardingManeuvering to and around the worksiteBending, kneeling, stooping, and reachingLifting to 30 poundsTransporting to various locations within customer site(s) WORK ENVIRONMENT:Work is performed in a variety of locations in a business office, customer worksite, and community environments.
