Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-oriented Receptionist/Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and visitors professionally.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
Assist customers with service-related inquiries and provide updates.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and services.
Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth operations.
Handle administrative tasks such as invoicing, filing, and data entry.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
Previous experience as a receptionist, service advisor, or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
