We have operated in the Sacramento, California market for over two decades and hold multiple ISO certifications as well as R2 certification.
We are seeking a passionate, highly-motivated, and social-media savvy Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to work in our office.
Your primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1) Providing customer service to existing and new customers
2) Managing and scheduling services
3) Coordinating with appropriate department(s) to ensure fulfillment of service end-to-end
4) Assisting Accounting by reconciling invoices
5) Assisting day-to-day clerical activities
6) Collecting Google Reviews
The Ideal Candidate has the following:
1) At least 3 years of customer service experience
2) Excellent computer skills and e-mail etiquette
3) Understanding of modern business practices
4) Social-media savviness
5) Passion for excellence
