Location: Citrus Heights
Position: Customer Service Agent
Kep Responsibilities/Functions:
1. Assisting customers with rental contracts/check-in/check-out of vehicles
2. Organize daily/weekly reservations and fleet
3. Handling customer calls for assistance and/or questions or problems
4. Selling additional products and optional services to the needs of the customer
5. Administrative work: reporting, filing, assisting branch manager
Required Qualification:
1. Valid U.S. issued Drivers License
2. High School Diploma or equivalent
3. Willing to work various shifts/hours - weekends
4. At least 6 months of experience in a role where sales and customer service were key elements of your duties
5. Over 21 years of age
6. Must be punctual and hard working, detail oriented, friendly demeanor, ability to multi-task
7. Ability to handle high-pressure sales and stress in a calm and collected manner
8. Must be computer literate and comfortable using a computer
