MobilityOneUSA.com (look at our website to see what we do) is opening a new store in Auburn, CA (July 29th)
We are seeking a customer service/sales associate to be a part of our growing company.
The person we are looking for needs to have a positive attitude, enjoy working with elderly customers, be understanding, patient, and have compassion for people with mobility issues. You must demonstrate an ability to ask the appropriate questions to help people make the right decisions based on their needs to determine what powerchair, mobility scooter or other product they require.
Duties Include but are not limited to:
- Greet customers with smile and knowledge when entering the building.
- Ask customers questions about usage of product as to direct them to the device that is right for them.
- Learn about and be able to demonstrate fold and show all product on the show room floor.
- Assist with test drives getting units in and out of cars and show how to use the unit properly.
- Be able to stoop, bend, and lift. Take apart scooters and power chair and put back together. Assist in loading in customers cars if necessary.
- Make sure items on the floor are stocked in working condition and clean on a regular basis. Replacing items that have sold from the show room floor.
- Answer phone calls and emails and be able to refer to the right person and/or answer questions about products.
- Cleaning, sweeping, and mopping of showroom floor as needed
We are open 35 hours a week. Tue-Sat 10am-5pm

The start date for a customer service/sales associate will be July 22nd. We are opening the store July 29th.
