Construction Insurance Agency (CIA) is hiring! CIA is partnered with the #1 Contractors school in California (Contractors State License Schools) to provide its Licensed Contractors with top notch insurance services and products.
We are hiring a Full Time (40 hours per week) Customer Service and Insurance Assistant to share a joint office at our Sacramento location. The ideal candidate will have proven Admin or assistant experience, possess intermediate skills in MS Office programs, especially Excel, Word and Outlook, must have excellent communication and time management skills as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritize work, attention to detail and problem solving skills are a must. Customer Service skills are required along with computer knowledge. The candidate will be able to assist with basic administrative functions in our agency such as answer and direct phone calls, schedule meetings and appointments, maintain an automated filing system and data input, assist with certificates of insurance and policy change requests, interview prospective clients to obtain data about the specific types of jobs they will be doing as well as requirements of the owners of those jobs. Previous Insurance office work a plus but not required. Bilingual Spanish preferred.
