Pay: From $17.75 per hour - $1.00 increase after 90 days
Position Summary:
Our client is looking for a call center representative for an entry Level Position in the solar loan division. The candidate must have a positive attitude and be willing to learn new skills. This role primarily involves customer service, requiring proficiency in phone communication to address customer inquiries promptly. Basic math skills and computer literacy are essential for success in this position. The ability to maintain a flexible schedule, including weekends, is also required.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer customer service phone calls
Run and analyze reports
Basic review and clearing of underwriting conditions to approve or deny loan files
Willingness to complete other tasks as they arise
Must be able to work various Saturdays and Sundays as business needs dictate
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Call center: 1 year (Preferred)
Customer service skills required
High School diploma or equivalent required
Must be able to adapt to quickly learning new systems
Excellent math skills and computer skills
Positive attitude and ability to deal with clients at all stages of the process
Provide solutions for all clients and educate them on our products
Bilingual Spanish Required
