RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet all incoming visitors.
Answers phones and route calls to appropriate party.
Mail distribution.
Data entry and updating various software applications.
Maintain office and keep supplies stocked.
Assist the Human Resources department with a variety of clerical tasks and projects.
Abide by all safety regulations set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Recent graduate with a Business Administration Degree or Certificate. Emphasis or concentration in Human Resource
preferred but not required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Must possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers, co-workers and
managers.
Ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills.
Knowledge on the usage of PC, Printers, Digital Copier and Digital Scanner.
Knowledge of a variety of software including but not limited to MS Office applications, Adobe Professional, Success
Factors, and Data Facts.
Regular attendance is required.
Valid CA Driver’s License
