We are seeking a highly motivated Accountant with strong General Ledger, month end closing and supervisory experience to join our Finance team.
Primary Responsibilities:
-Responsible for month-end closing process of multiple companies
-Preparation of monthly financial statements and lead schedules
-Prepare journal entries and month-end close
-Allocate expenses among multiple entities
-Strong experience with reconciling balance sheet accounts
-Maintain Fixed Assets schedule
-Assist with some budgeting / forecasting
-Provides information to external accountants for tax return preparation
-Protects assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls
-Prepare board reports
Experience:
-Excellent organizational, prioritization and time management skills
-Able to work independently and collaboratively
-Bachelor's Degree
-Experience with ERP systems
-Excellent analytical skills
