Professional Property Management company is currently seeking a highly organized individual to fill the position of full-time Accounts Receivable Clerk located in Rocklin, CA.
Required Education and Experience:
Two years Accounts Payable experience
Two years Accounts Receivable experience
Microsoft Office experience
Accounting software experience (AppFolio experience a plus)
Experience in the real estate field is preferred

Responsibilities:
Post tenant/resident payments to correct property and tenant/resident account
Deposit funds to various bank accounts
Enter invoices into the accounting system for various properties
Review and correct invoice details that have been entered by on-site employees
Process payments for invoices once approved by appointed approver
Filing supporting documents with check stubs
Mailing out processed checks timely
Keep w9's up to date for vendors
Assist Accountants with special projects
Filing support for Accountants as requested
Competencies:
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Good work ethic
Excellent customer service, time management, analytical thinking, and time management skills
Must be able to troubleshoot
Must be able to pass background check and credit check
Must have vehicle and insurance
