Responsibilities:
Generate customer invoices
Reconcile monthly bank statements and credit card charges
Perform monthly sales tax filing and payments
Monitor accounts receivables
Assist the payroll department with tax calculations
Record year-end journal entries
Evaluate year-end inventory
Prepare financial statements for internal use, and federal and state income tax filing purposes
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping experience
Detail oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy
Excellent communication skills
Team player
MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Work, Excel, PowerPoint)
Sage or QuickBooks experience
Desired Qualifications:
Work experience with a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
