Description Printing Services company in Redwood City is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accountant to join their talented finance team. As a key member of the accounting department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a growing organization and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment. You will report directly to the CFO. Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all required tasks.

Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate and resolve discrepancies.

Assist with the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.

Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations (e.g., GAAP).

Collaborate with external auditors during the annual audit process.

Prepare and file various tax returns and reports.

Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.

Mentor and train junior accounting staff.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.

CPA or equivalent certification preferred.

Minimum of [Number] years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a [Industry] environment.

Strong understanding of GAAP and other relevant accounting standards.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel (advanced skills required).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
