You will be responsible for contributing to and executing our International eCommerce Growth strategies and tactics, including pricing, business reviews, and data analysis. You will collaborate with a broad cross-functional team to plan and optimize business performance, including Marketing, Ecommerce, Operations, Inventory Planning and Customer Service. We are looking for an exceptional strategic thinker and collaborator.This full-time position reports to the Senior Business Manager, International and is expected to work in a hybrid model, which currently includes Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday in-office.What you’ll do: Responsible for the continuous optimization of Balsam Brands’ regional or local business performancePricing optimization: Execute on pricing plan, monitor business, inventory and website KPIs to optimize revenue, margin, and product sell-through, provide optimization and/or recommend improvement opportunities to teamsRepricing & pricing upload process: implement the planned sales and promotions, ensure new prices go live on the website at scheduled timeBusiness review: support manager in monitoring and reporting of business performance KPIs, perform analysis and make recommendations for financial & product performance, prepare slides, share analysis where appropriateCollaborate and partner with cross-functional teams, some key relationships are highlighted below:Merchandising: understand assortment strategy and execute, monitor and share performance results and insights for future planningEcommerce: communicate sales performance and opportunities, provide products to push/pull based on performanceMarketing & Consumer Insights: understand the core customer, their spending habits and illuminate selling opportunitiesBe an advocate for the market, demonstrating a local understanding by localizing and interpreting our global strategies for optimal performanceBe an active part of a collaborative cross functional team to create, support, drive innovative projects/initiatives that generates sustainable growth and long-term profitability for the regionWhat you bring to the table: 5+ years of experience in pricing, finance or business analysis and a proven track record of driving resultsBusiness acumen, good understanding of business performance KPIsHighly analytical, ability to analyze large amounts of data and draw clear, actionable insightsAdvanced proficiency in ExcelStrong problem solving and critical thinking skillsExceptional attention to detail and organizedExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMotivated and a self-starter, can roll up their sleeves and get things doneAbility to multi-task and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environmentExperience in B2C Ecommerce/Retail preferredExperience with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, is a plusExperience with data analytics and visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau is a plusExperience working on international business a plus About Us: Balsam Brands is a global, eCommerce retailer with roots in holiday and home décor.
