Well-established law firm seeks a full-time office assistant, who is hard working, dedicated, organized, detail oriented and looking to grow with our company. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our team with in-office tasks, and outstanding customer service. Our office hours of operation are 8:30AM - 5:00PM, Monday through Friday.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Tasks will include, but are not limited to –
Preparing and sending letters to request case related documents
Taking/Directing Calls
Copying, scanning, faxing, and emailing documents
Occasionally running errands such as to the courthouse or other law offices
QUALIFICATIONS:
1-year general office experience required, 2 plus years preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Organized and able to adapt quickly
Attention to detail
Self-motivated, dependable, and a team player
Positive attitude
Proven strong organizational and time management skills
COMPENSATION:
Depending on experience. We also provide an excellent benefit package including a health insurance (medical, dental & vision), 401(k), vacation and sick leave.
