Kenny & Norine, a Redding-based AV-rated civil litigation and municipal law firm, serving all of Northern California is looking for an attorney to join our team. The firm specializes in public entity, liability defense, employment litigation, and estate planning.
The ideal candidate should have the following skills/experience:
2+ years of civil litigation experience, including discovery and law and motion practice
Experience in mediation, arbitration, and trial is a plus
Experience in providing reports to and having direct communication with clients and carriers
Experience in representing and advising public entities
Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills
Ability to handle all aspects of civil litigation from initial intake through trial and appeal
Member of the State Bar of California
